Before creating the Hiring America TV show, Bill founded Linear Media in 2005 which created and launched Subtext, an interactive on-air social community. Prior to that, Bill served for four years as Director of Business Development of Media Farm, LLC, a New York based interactive media company that provides technology planning, strategic consulting, software and multimedia development. Bill has also held positions in management consulting and has worked in the entertainment industry at Growth Strategy Group, Inc. and the William Morris Agency. Bill is a member of the State Bars of New York and California.

Shanna Forlano
Shanna Forlano

Senior Story Producer

A 26-year veteran of television with live TV experience, Shanna started her career at ABCNEWS on Primetime Live, then transitioned to 20/20 while also contributing to breaking news, special long form magazine series, election coverage, numerous specials, and projects with BET, WNET, and Lincoln Square Productions.

Annie Benjamin

Senior Producer

Annie is an Emmy Award winning network TV director with over 35 years of experience in live studio and field directing. She directed World News at ABC NEWS for 30 of them working with Peter Jennings, Diane Sawyer, Charles Gibson and David Muir. Ann is now the Director of METROFOCUS at WNET in New York City.

Ann Lee Cardona
Ann Lee Cardona

Director of Partnerships and Business Development

Ann is a Class of 2006 West Point graduate and combat veteran of the United States Army. Her last 3 years were spent in the U.S. Army Recruiting Command seeking the best potential candidates to serve their country and have access to all incredible opportunities the military can offer. She plans to continue her passion for the military by helping connect other transitioning Veterans with great employers and is always looking for new partners to join the Hiring America Team.

Jayson Rahmlow

Jayson started out in advertising, and after working on some of his own creative projects, he wound up at a NYC production company making music videos. After living in Eco-Village for a year, where he founded a small food co-op and a fermentation guild, Jayson moved back to LA and started a small production company where he directs, shoots and edits for Complex Magazine, 705 productions, Make-a-Wish and others, and he's also part of a sketch comedy YouTube channel with 10,000 subscribers and growing.

Senior Marketing Communications Consultant

George David Drucker brings a wealth of award-winning experience in consumer, business-to- business, technology and financial services communications. In addition to his role with Hiring America, Drucker is an adjunct professor in the School of Communications at Pepperdine University and in the Marketing and Business Program at UCLA.

After spending five years as a talent manager and producer of stand-up comedy, helping produce shows on network television, and developing scripts, and books, Sarah transitioned into the tech space, serving as a Creative Marketing Executive for an international tech conglomerate with a focus in social media. Now, she’s a digital strategist and branding consultant, a writer, a storyteller, and a challah baker.

Most recently D. Scott Karnedy was the Founder/ CEO of Valhalla Advisors, specializing in helping companies develop winning strategies to accelerate revenue and operational excellence. He is an experienced leader and metrics driven architect of new media sales organizations in both start-up and emerging business.scenarios. He has worked with top media and entertainment brands including XM Satellite Radio, AOL Time Warner, I Heart Radio, Technicolor, Indiewire and SnagFilms. His broad experience in strategy, building, managing, and leading teams has delivered maximum revenue performance and organizational excellence. He graduated from Babson College in Boston, MA with a BA in Entrepreneurial Studies / Marketing and Communications.
